Veterans Ride Free on Nov. 11

Topeka Metro is offering free rides on all fixed routes only on Monday, November 11, 2024, in honor of Veterans Day. A valid military ID must be presented to the bus operator when boarding.

The following means of proper identification must be shown in order to ride free:

     1. Common Access Card (CAC)
     2. Kansas Driver's License with "VETERAN" stamp
     3. Uniformed Services ID Card
     4. DD214
     5. Veterans Identification Card (VIC)

Topeka Metro regularly honors the veterans in our community by providing free transportation on Veterans Day. We thank all veterans for their service to our country.
