Reduced Fare Passengers Must Show Reduced ID When Boarding

Passengers riding must show the bus operator their Topeka Metro-issued reduced ID card when boarding in order to receive the discount. If you do not have your reduced fare ID, you must pay regular fare or deboard the bus. Initial IDs are free of charge for 3 years and replacement IDS are $2 if lost, damaged or stolen.

If you are interested in applying for a reduced fare (Medicare recipient, Age 65 or older, person/s with a disability or income qualified), an application must be filled out and approved by a social service agency.
