Charter Service

Topeka Metro offers charter service. You can hire us to transport your group via Topeka Metro bus, for any civic purpose.

Types of service:

• Public functions, school trips, corporate customers and civic organizations

Guidelines:

• Service provided will be based on available Topeka Metro resources
• Chartered services are available for limited groups and activities for a public purpose
• Private parties are not included
• No alcohol
• Minimum two-week notice required to reserve charter
• Service not available on holidays or Sundays
• Federal regulations require a waiting period between request and booking. Inquire with contact listed below*

Pricing:

• Business hours (Mon-Sat 6 am – 6 pm): $125 per hour with $250 minimum
• After Hours Mon-Sat: $155 per hour with a $310 minimum
• A 2-hr minimum rental time is required. Additional time is in 30-minute increments
• Out-of-town (Beyond city limits, but within Shawnee County): Add $.20 per mile
• A 50% deposit is required at contract signing
• Payment by cash, check or ACH deposit
