INBOUND: Regular route to 8th Street & Topeka Blvd., right (south) on Topeka Blvd. to 10th Street, left (east) on 10th Street to Quincy, left (north) on Quincy to 8th Street, right (east) on 8th Street, back on regular route.

REASON: 2025 Tap That Topeka Beer Festival downtown
